First class service. Went the extra mile to ensure the car was prepared to a high standard in time for our family holiday and even personally delivered car to our house. Cam belt and water pump were changed prior to sale where most other garages wouldn't have and all advisories on MOT were dealt with to give extra piece of mind. Thanks to the finance company being ridiculously slow and really annoying, it took 2 full weeks before I could actually own my new car. G T Bowers were amazing! They were patient and reassuring and tried to make sure I didn't worry about the time it was taking even though I'm sure they were just as frustrated as me. When I finally got to pick my car up, I was made to feel very welcome and at ease. I was shown all around my car and was shown how everything worked. Once I was happy with everything we did the paperwork and sorted out my car tax which was 1 less stress for me. The car came immaculately clean with a full mot, service and RAC cover too and i cant recommend them enough. I had a wonderful car buying experience. I was buying my 1st car and my friends and families past experiences led me to expect car buying to be a stressful experience with pushy sales and hidden problems with cars! However, I could quickly see that GT Bowers is not like this at all. I looked at the car in my own time and was advised of a good test drive route. The car was pristine and sold itself - the extensive RAC check and fresh MOT gave excellent peace of mind. The MOT passed but the tyres had some wear - these were automatically replaced before I picked the car up showing that GT Bowers have excellent standards and go above and beyond what is required. I'm incredibly happy with my new car, thank you very much! I would recommend GT Bowers to anyone.

Outstanding service and great value quality cars! I emailed Gavin asking very specific questions regarding the car, he reply very quickly and was really helpful. When I viewed the car I was able to inspect it alone and at my own leisure, no pressure, and no boring selling tactics. I was able to go on a long test drive and again when I go back, no pressure. Gavin is very professional and kept me updated whilst the car was having an 82 Point RAC Inspection and full valet. On the day I collected the car it was ready and waiting with all the agreed work been done. Gavin even put some fuel in the car to get me home! I for sure would defiantly recommend GT Bowers to anybody who is looking a quality car, great service and value for money.

Overall my experience was nothing short of Superb. There was no fancy sales techniques and no pressure put on to make the sale. Following the sale Gavin sorted out the MOT/Service and some additional work to be done on the car. Great! Level of contact was good and every deadline agreed was met. If I was buying a car again I would look to see if GT Bowers had anything suitable before looking elsewhere as you know you are in good hands. I would recommend to anyone.

My partner and me got a car out on finance with GT Bowers yesterday. They did a great job througout the entire process and we couldn't be happier with the car and with their customer service. The car was spotless and they made sure that everything was ready for us when we went in to pick it up. The signing and legal stuff was all explained well and we were given plenty of time to read through the documents before signing. Also, we were happy with how clean they had kept the dealership and there was no expense spared with making it covid safe. Finally, we went through the process with the same person from beginning to end which was nice, as it was stress free. They are a great representative of the company.

Staff are really helpful, friendly and not pushy. We were looking for a little first car for our son and saw a Peugeot 107 for sale. Bought it and our son loves it. We've had a couple of issues - new battery, handbrake adjustment and small oil leak and the staff have really put themselves out to get these sorted. Would highly recommend.

After speaking with a friend who highly recommended Gavin at GT Bowers I found a suitable car on the website. Gavin responded quickly to any specific questions that I had, culminating in a telephone conversation to arrange a suitable time to meet up (at my convenience) at GT Bowers. The car was exactly as described and had been meticulously prepared by Gavin and his team. Gavin took our old car in part exchange which was helpful and contributed to the payment of the new vehicle, furthermore the new car came with a warranty, full RAC assessment and 12 months free RAC full roadside/recovery cover! The transaction was simple with a credit card and half an hour later the new car was back home. I discovered a minor issue with the passenger door lock, told Gavin who arranged for the collection of the car, installation of genuine factory part by trained technician. He delivered the car back to the doorstep. Overall an excellent service of how purchasing a car should be......Outstanding!

Spoke on the phone and arranged a test drive, gave us plenty of time to look round the vehicle at our own leisure. Told us a decent route for a test drive and left us to it, on our return we discussed a few things, 4wheel alignment needed adjusting and said they would get it done the next day, agreed a fair part exchange price and the deal was done. Kept well informed over next day or so and arranged collection after 72hrs. Everything was in order taxed and changed ownership details upon collection and even put some fuel in to get me home well impressed. Wouldn't hesitate to use in future excellent experience!!

On the day of viewing, I arrived at the premises and you could tell this wasn’t a dodgy car dealer and I was greeted in a friendly manner by the owner, who had prepared the car with a buyer in mind, it was spotless. Before I even looked at the car, I was informed, the car would be serviced, RAC check, MOT’d and any advisories would be sorted, along with a 3 month warranty, I was then left to look over the car at my pace, there was no big selling tack ticks at all. Recently purchased a discovery 3 from this garage. The garage reassured me on the condition of the vehicle (something I had to seriously consider with it being 12 year old Land Rover). So much so that I drove from North Wales to Calverley. There was no hard sales pitch, they simply explained what had been done to the car and that before I took ownership it would have a full service and new MOT included in the purchase would be 3 months warranty . The test drive sealed the deal for me. I left a deposit and transferred the balance before collection. The customer service is so good they agreed to meet me at Leeds station with the car on a Sunday afternoon. So refreshing to find a car dealer that doesn't have hidden charges. An honest, trustworthy dealer who's customer service is outstanding and truly happy to go that extra mile. We were looking for an Ibiza for my daughter and saw a suitable one advertised at GT Bowers. I called to arrange viewing and Gavin answered and was very helpful and accommodating over the phone. We visited the same day and we were immediately impressed with the way he operates without any sales pressure at all. He did all he said he would and more. Great px price, great service and value. It was worth paying a few hundred quid more to get the warranty and a very shiny car all hassle free. Communication was great even after the sale. There is always a first for everything, and this was it in the car world. In fact, I may purchase for my wife next time, if she'll let me spend the cash. The service from Gavin and Stephen is absolutely first class, and I would highly recommend them. The car we bought was exactly as described and it would seem they source only well looked after cars from main dealers. They gave me a good price for my trade in, and the car we bought was fairly priced. The car was serviced, valeted and presented in first class condition. It was MoT’d and although not necessary, following an advisory, they replaced two tyres prior to the purchase. Follow up texts were made to ensure we were happy . Go and visit the premises, they make a nice cup of tea, the welcome is professional, polite and friendly and nothing is too much trouble for Gavin and Stephen. Buying a used car was very straightforward from two knowledgeable and friendly guys. Highly recommended, thank you for the service.

I viewed the Mitsubishi ASX on Saturday morning and picked it up on Tuesday, nothing was too much trouble for Gavin and Stephen. These two lads are genuine and are working hard to build up a reputation as the place to go for a good quality used car, that is exactly what I bought. Its been a long time since I bought a car as I've had a company car for many years so I was a bit nervous but it was great how you took care of me, showing me over the vehicle, reassuring me that your knowledgeable mechanic had checked things over (and carried out a service including replacing the all important timing chain) and then offering me a fresh MOT, 2 new front tyres (as the existing ones were worn) then also going the extra mile with fitting new front brakes. This was all done in a spirit of giving me hassle free motoring and it was appreciated. The whole transaction was smoothly done. I would definitely come back to you guys in the future.

Really pleased with the service. Bought the car to take to Ireland as the price was cheaper. Was a bit concerned about the distance and booking the ferry etc but couldn't have gone more smoothly.
